Joseph Anthony Mowrey was my brother he died in August 2006 in a car accidentIn Rancho Mirage California he and his dog were killed by a drunk driver he was born October 27, 1956 We lived in Santa Cruz California growing up he had a very rough life our mother died September 25, 1978 she was murdered in Los Angeles she had six children James Edward Mowrey Jr. born 1954 Terrance Alan Mowrey 1955 and Joseph Anthony Mowrey 1956 my mothers name was Donna Faye MOWREY she married Robert W Longley and has three children with himBefore she died she married Wade Starleigh In Phoenix Arizona my brother Jim was born in St. Louis Missouri as well as myself and Joseph donna was born December 5, 1933She had a relationship with James Edward Mowrey and had three children with Donna although I don't think they were married My email address is [contact link]
