    Rice County Journal 12/Aug./1908 Aaron Kisor was a native of Ohio and was born in that state October 13th, 1833. When ten years of age he moved with his parents to Wisconsin where he was engaged in agricultural pursuits until 1859 then removing to Le Sueur County, Minnesota. While in Wisconsin, he married miss s. G. Dunlavey, a native of New York City, the ceremony taking place on the 15th of September 1855. Mr. And mrs. Kisor are the parents of eleven children, ten of whom are living, eight boys and two girls. In 1875 they moved to this township and settled on sec. 15 where they lived until about ten years ago when they moved to the village where they have since resided. Death occurred at 3:30 Tuesday morning, Aug. 4, after being in poor health for a number of years, the last sickness lasting only two weeks. He is survived by his wife, one brother, David Kisor, of Ethel, mo., one sister, miss Lidia Kisor, of Chicago, and ten children, Mrs. M. J. Walworth, of Bloomington, neb., g. A. Kisor, George s. Kisor, l. A. Kisor, James c. Kisor, w. H. Kisor, e. G. Kisor, h. D. Kisor, h. S. Kisor, of Morristown, Mrs. C. W. Wilkowske, of Faribault, and many other relatives and friends who mourn his death.
