The funeral was Sunday at Sandfort Road Assembly of God Church, with burial in Lakeview Memory Gardens, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Phenix City. Mr. Leatherwood was born Nov. 29, 1925, in Pike County, Ala., the son of James and Robbie Leatherwood. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and a member of Sandfort Road Assembly of God Church. He worked as a security guard at Chattahoochee Valley State Community College. Survivors include his wife, Euritha; three daughters, Patricia Ann Taylor, Carolyn Kent and Shirley Paulk, all of Phenix City; three sisters, Margaret Burrows of Brundidge, Ala., Marie Hayes of Ozark, Ala., and Louise Davis of Phenix City; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. **************************************************************************** Aaron Leatherwood BURIAL Lakeview Memory Gardens Phenix City, Russell County, Alabama, USA MEMORIAL ID 199770304 ·
