  • Introduction

    Loving but strict husband, father, and grand father. Was a medical general during World War II. After the war ended he married his only wife Margaret. They had two children Marcia and Richard. Abraham continued his medical career as an OB/GYN at UCSF Mount Zion Hospital in San Francisco. On the weekends he would voluntarily give time to assist with the birth of members of the mission district and other lower income communities. He also worked for a spell as the Health Commissioner of San Francisco and at the time of his death he was a 32nd degree free mason as well as a devout orthodox Jewish rabbi/scholar and owner of several apparent building.
