Ada was is my great grand mother
Hello All,
Ada passed away before I was born. She had a daughter who married my Grand father Norman Davidson from Sale, Victoria. I have reason to believe Ada’s mother (née Millar from Ballarat, Vic) had indigenous heritage, Ada’s father, surname Beck, was from Ballarat. Ada was sent to the Ballarat orphanage then adopted aged two into the Dennis family near Fernbank, Vic. The Dennis family had lost their infant daughter and Ada took her place.
I am proud of my indigenous heritage.
