    Adam Michael Spriggs was born to Loren H. Spriggs and Constance Louise Vilt (1954 - 2018), and he had a brother, Matthew Lawrence Spriggs (1981 - 2003). Adam's sister says: I recently found this newspaper article that my brother's name was on the internet. It was about the homicide against my brother committed in September of 2000.     On September 21, 2000, Adam M. Spriggs, an 18-year-old football player, was tragically murdered by Antonio A. Garcia. The incident took place in Guadalupe County, where Adam was stabbed to death over a 1990 Mazda Miata. Garcia, who was arrested and subsequently imprisoned, was identified as the perpetrator. The news of Adam's murder made headlines, and he has been incarcerated since 2000, serving an 18-year sentence. At the time of his death, Adam was 18 years old. The incident occurred between 6:30 and 8:30 pm on a Wednesday, and Adam's body was discovered in the trunk of his Miata. As of July 15, 2018, at 5:54 am, this information remains current.
