Reepschlager, Adolf "Eddy" 1928 - 2013 Retired City of Gloucester After a brave struggle with cancer, Dad passed away in the early hours of December 17th, at the age of 85. He has gone on to be with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Born in Meiershof - Mecklenburg, Germany, Dad immigrated to Canada in 1953, where he later married his beloved Marie. Cherished husband of Marie "Mia" for 46 years, dear father of Rosemarie Wolski (Don), Margot Foubert (John), Brigitte Baginski (Stefan Ginder) and Paul (Angela). Proud Opa to Ryan and Kathleen, Emily, Katarina, Elisabeth, Anna, Nickolas and Megan. He will be remembered for his strength of character and his dedication to family. His quick and clever sense of humour brought a smile to all who knew him. Friends and family are invited to visit at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home and Chapel, 1411 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa on Friday, December 20th, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Published by Ottawa Citizen on Dec. 19, 2013.
