Alan Israel of University Heights, Cuyahoga County, Ohio USA was born on June 20, 1945 in Northampton, Northamptonshire County, England United Kingdom to Jack Israel and Luvera (Cohen) Israel. He had siblings Gerald Israel and Sandra (Israel) Harn. He was in a relationship with Caryn (Schoenberg) Israel beginning 1967 and they separated in 1984, and had children David Israel, Lisa (Israel) Hopson, and Bryan J Israel. Alan Israel died at age 50 years old on July 16, 1995, and was buried on July 17, 1995 at Mayfield Cemetery 2749 Mayfield Rd, in Cleveland Heights, Cuyahoga County, Ohio United States.
