Albert Bryan Lewter Sr. was born to Daniel Thomas Lewter (1865-1942) and America (Brown) Lewter (1875-1967), and had siblings Robert Daniel (1894-1957), Marion Ellis (1896-1985), James Wells (1897-1967), Viola Pearl (1899-1984), Thomas Jefferson (1902-1987), Thurman Elbert (1905-1981), Ruby Irene (1910-1980), and Roy Richard Lewter (1912-1973). Albert married Nancy Mae Prestidge (1908-1994) on July 1st 1938 and they had a son Albert Bryan Lewter Jr.
