He married Florence May (Beckwith) Bayliss in 1900, and had children Albert Arthur Al Bayliss, Daisy Florence Bayliss, Doris Henley Bayliss, and Thelma Olive Bayliss. Albert Bayliss died at age 57 years old on September 11, 1936 at Victoria, Australia.
