On his 1940 World War II draft card, Albert described himself as being five feet six inches tall and as weighing 165 pounds. He had blue eyes, brown hair, and a "light brown" complexion. Albert H. Janzen married Abnis Wichert (1916 - 2008) on July 12th, 1936 in Fairview, Oklahoma and they had five daughters: Connie and Judy, plus three more.
