His mother was also born in Pennsylvania of Italian immigrant parents. He had two brothers and a sister: Gari A., Robert A., and Richard A. Tulio. Albert Tulio married Angela M.     TULIO Suddenly, February 28, 1986, Albert R. age 31 years. Beloved husband of Angela M. (nee Colosi) devoted father of Nicholas A., son of Nancy (nee Guarino) and Albert, brother of Gari A. Silver and Robert A., Richard A.; also survived by 2 nieces. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial, on Tuesday 10 a.m. St. William's Church, Rising Sun Avenue and Devereaux Street. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Mass Cards preferred by the Family. Arrangements by the Petner Funeral Home. - The Philadelphia Inquirer (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) on Monday, March 3, 1986 on page 10.
