Albina married Herbert Birchmeier in 1937 and was to have four children. Mary Magdalene (1938-2020) (m. Bernard Sensabaugh), Maxine (m. Dale Wenzlick), Vincent H. Birchmeier (m. Joyce Gross), and Jerome Joseph Birchmeier (1946-2002) (m. Dianne Olson).
