Alfonso Tabanao was married to Raquel C. Gallardo. They have one daughter who was born on April 29, 1939. Her name is Rolanda Gallardo Tabanao. Rolanda has three children with her first husband, Roberto M. Calapini. They are Rachel Rhodora Tabanao Calapini born on July 14, 1959, Ricanor Tabanao Calapini, still born on September 17, 1960, and Reuel Roumanoff Tabanao Calapini born on March 30, 1962. With Rolanda's second husband, she had 2 girls, namely, Dorcas Tabanao Per and Diva Tabanao Per-Martinez. The youngest, Diva died in June, 2006. She has two children, Euvyzeil Dygnne Per Martinez and Eduardo Dygron Per Martinez III. Reuel and Dorcas have not yet married and have no children as of this writing. Rachel, the eldest, has 2 children from her annulled marriage - Marchel C. Miralles. With Rachel's second husband, she had her youngest, Jericho Immanuel C. del Mundo.
