He had siblings Charles Lee Jr Bush, Marie Albertine Bush, and Harriett T Bush. He married Mary Blanche Dawson, and had children William Ralph Bush, Wesley Ellsworth Bush, and Alger Lee Jr Bush. Alger Bush died at age 74 years old on August 10, 1977 at Port Huron, Michigan.
