    Alice Strawbridge was born Alice Josephine Rice, the daughter of Alice Elizabeth Brewton and Aloyd T. Rice. She married Walter Quinton Mayo in 1924 and they had one daughter, Eula Estelle Mayo in 1925. Around 1936, Alice married James Ray Strawbridge after her first husband died of TB. Mr. Strawbridge was from Titusville, PA and had one son, Jim Strawbridge. Alice's daugher, Eula, had two children, Robert Ray and Alice Marie Brewton.
