Allen Rundbaken died on Dec. 2, 2008 at Wilcox hospital at the age of 69. Born on Nov. 21, 1939 in New York City, he was the owner of The Niihau Connection. Preceeded in death be parents Leena and Victor Rundbaken. Survived by wife Nancy Beckel; children Michelle and Victor Rundbaken of Wailua. A celebration of his life will be held from 1 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2008 at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church in Lihu‘e. Aloha attire is suggested.
