Bazilio, Donna Bazilio Forde, Jewel Bazilio Bellgarde, and Joanne Bazilio Johnson. She married Dennis Cogswell, and had a child Rochelle Cogswell Hyman. Allyson Bazilio Cogs died at age 58 years old on November 29, 2008.
