She had siblings Doris Teresa Melano, Mary Helena Melano, Hilda Francis Melano, Domonic Francis Melano, Violet Elizabeth Melano, Ernest George Melano, and James Keith Melano. Alma Mosing married Eric Charles Mosing in 1939, and died at age 68 years old in 1982 in Portland.
