Alvin L. Gravesmuehl Obituary
Alvin L. Gravesmuehl, 92, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sept. 12, 1995.
Born in Akron, he was a resident of Tallmadge and Akron all of his life. He vas a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and was a longtime volunteer at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital. de was a member of the Akron Radio fall of Fame, and retired as a manager at Goodyear Aerospace.
Mr. Gravesmuehl was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret, and is survived by his nephew and wife, Donald and Jean Cully of Tallmadge; brother-in-law, Horatio Spriggle of Akron; nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, 11 a.m., at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Pastor Keith John-on officiating. Inurnment at Chestnut 1 Memorial Park. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2141 Fifth St., Cuyahoga Falls 44221. (Billow Fair-awn Chapel, 867-4141.)
