He had siblings Ada Maria (Everett) Kennedy, Maud Mary (Everett) Mulvahil, Caroline Edith Everett, John Mallam Everett, Caroline Ethel Everett, Lydia Everett, Henry William Everett, and Eliza Alice (Everett) Bishop. He married Ethel May Earl in 1911, and had a child Howard John Earl Everett. Ambrose Everett died at age 69 years old on April 8, 1959 in Chewton.
