Introduction

Amy was born on June 6th 1988 to Janet and Joseph Costell. She was born with spinal bifida and arnold chiari malformation. We were told she wouldn't live to see 1. Instead she proved the doctors wrong and lived a happy full 14yrs with her mom, dad, sister and family pets. She passed away on September 12th 2002 while playing on her make a wish laptop and eating her favorite rammon noodles. She was a great daughter, sister, and friend. She is greatly missed by all in her family especially by those who didn't get to meet her. She loved going to the skating rink on Friday night and playing her music to loud. She could always bring a smile to your face and was never forgotten once you met her.
