from the old country! Anderson Olsen was born on January 20, 1823, in Denmark. He married Anne Nielsdr in 1874 in Denmark. They had three children during their marriage. He died on March 26, 1878, in Republic, Kansas, at the age of 55, and was buried in Agenda, Kansas. Anne Nielsdr was born on August 19, 1820, in Denmark, the only child of Niels and Johanne. She died on May 23, 1889, in Republic, Kansas, at the age of 68.
