Doctor (Colonel) Boissevain
I recently had to review my Iraq service records and came across a note from Col Boissevain. Having served together, it seems he went out of his way (even after returning to Germany) to ensure that I was recognized. I later learned that the good doctor worked with my mother (RN) at TMAC, HI long before our paths crossed. She had fond memories about her time with him. Likewise, I too have nothing but good memories in a place that was a slice of hell. May you rest in peace. You left the world a little better than you found it. Amen!
