    Andrew Dzik was born to Theodore and Mary (Bagan) Dzik. He was survived by a brother, Joseph, and two sisters, Mary and Julie. He was predeceased by a sister, Helen, and three brothers, William, Michael, and John Dzik. Andrew was a United States Army veteran, having served in World War II as a staff sergeant with the 39th Infantry Unit in the Pacific Theater.
