Andrew Murdoch Lamont of Warracknabeal, Yarriambiack Shire County, VIC Australia was born in 1878 in Rupanyup to Murdoch Lamont and Mary Mckenzie Lamont. He had siblings Hector Lamont, Hugh Lamont, John Duncan Lamont, and Marion Elizabeth "Minnie" Lamont. He married Clara Elizabeth (Lang) Lamont in 1910, and had children Constance Lillian Lamont, Andrew Ian Lamont, and Hugh John Duncan Lamont. Andrew Lamont died at age 58 years old on September 24, 1937 in Warracknabeal.
