He had siblings Giuseppe Angelo Franzi, Violet Mary Franzi, Francesco Helson Franzi, Charles Thomas Franzi, Alfred Edward Franzi, and Louis Oliver Franzi. He married Anna Cordella 'Annie' Doble in 1893, and had children Arthur Alberto Franzi, Alice Eileen Franzi, Viola Muriel Franzi, Leslie William Franzi, Emily Annie Franzi, and Eric Stanley Franzi. Andrew Franzi died at age 74 years old on October 19, 1937 in Preston, City of Darebin County.
