Angela is half Swedish from her father’s side. Kastman is her maiden name and is a common name in Stockholm, Sweden. She also has a Russian grandmother on that side and these genes are where the extreme height of her children come from. Her father was 6’5” and captain of the SMU basketball team. Her mother Marjorie Cone Kastman is Irish and English & played tennis at SMU where her parents met. Her mother was president of her sorority & homecoming queen at SMU. Her mother was the family breadwinner as owner of Kastman Oil, she’s the first woman in America to own an oil company. Angela’s husband of 15 years was Thomas Corr. He attended Stanford University & Duke Fuqua grad school for his MBA. He was CFO of Yum Brands, Inc. and has recently retired in Columbia. Angela has 2 very tall and beautiful children named Christian (25) and Camille (22). Christian is a mid-level executive for FedEx & does event sound stages pre-Covid. Camille is a certified yoga instructor, model & hostess who works for KD Models & Musume. She’s about to become engaged to Harrison who owns the “speakeasy” behind Musume. Christian is 6’9” and Camille is 5’11”. Those are the Swedish genes. Angela is 5’9” and is a former model for Elite in NYC. She grew up in Lubbock and then attended NYU in NYC and was an arts & science major. She was a ballerina for Lubbock Civic Ballet & now she’s active in the oil business established by her mother and philanthropy, which is something she got from her grandmother who received a national award for philanthropy for her building the Texas Boys Ranches in several Texas cities and the Fern Cone Institute for the deaf. Her aunt is Katherine Cone Keck in Los Angeles and her siblings are Anna Jenkin, Melonie Kastman, Benton Kastman and Brandon Kastman. She’s close to Benton only by choice. She has advanced MS & requires assistance with travel and she can no longer drive, but her mind is still sharp. She still enjoys traveling with her children, her church, playing chess or other games, movies, art and time with her children. She lives in Lakewood in Dallas and has for the last 30 years. She’s conservative but seems to understand both parties equally. Her mother was an advisor to both President Bush, Sr. as well as Governor Ann Richards which is indicative of her political flexibility. Angela has a similar measured take on politics. She supports many nonprofits & political officials that she’s passionate about.

Angela was born in Lubbock, Texas and was head cheerleader of her Texas high school in 1987. She was also a tennis player and on the debate team. She skied on water and snow and her family has always maintained a home in Aspen, Colorado. She’s traveled to more than 52 countries in her lifetime.
