He was in a relationship with Angelina Ferrari Desanto, and had children Angelina Juliano, John Desanto, and Marie Desanto Limuti. Angelo Desanto died at age 76 years old in October 1973, and was buried at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 2461 Lake Ave, in Rochester, New York United States.
