Anita Louise (Teubner) Hackett-Moody of EULESS, Tarrant County, Texas United States was born on December 27, 1943 at ST. HELEN'S HOSPITAL in CHEHALIS, LEWIS County, Washington USA to Helen Rudolph Teubner O'Neal. She has siblings Patricia Teubner Bacon Presting, John F. Teubner, Jr, Terry Lee Teubner, and Diane Lynn Teubner Baum. Anita was baptized at THE GLORY CHURCH in HURST, TARRANT County, TX. She married Bobby Dean Hackett, Sr on January 13, 1962, and they were married until Bobby's death on January 11, 1995. They had children Bobby Dean Hackett, Jr. and Sherri Anita (Hackett) Keith.
