She had siblings Alvin Rupert Payne, Freda Mae Payne Swanson, Richard Nelson Payne, Jack Smith Payne, Minnie Catheryn Payne Matthews, and Ida Marie Payne Turner. She married Larry Junior Hall, and had children Robert Hall, David Hall, Burtis Hall, Margie Hall, and Tom Hall. Ann Lucile Hall died at age 63 years old on August 19, 1995 in Normangee, and was buried at Wealthy Cemetery in Normangee.
