Anna was my grandmother and she was married to an Anton Sakowicz. They had one child together, a girl named Irene Sakowicz who was born in Chicago. Anna and Anton got divorced when Irene was around 2. Irene was my mother and had very little memory of her father. All I have is a picture of my grandmother, Anna, and I believe Anton is in that picture. It looks like a wedding picture. The gentleman in that picture looks a lot like my son Michael. My grandmother died before I was born and since my mother did not know anything about her father, I did not know my grandparents. If this Anton is related to Anna and Irene I would love to find out. I have such little information about my mother's family.
