Annie Alberta (Deans) Kemeys was born on December 15, 1897 in Berwick, City of Casey County, VIC Australia to Florence Jane (Mitchell) Deans and James Deans, and had siblings Stella Frances (Deans) Glen, Florence Emma (Deans) Belfrage Brophy, Alice May (Deans) Rich, Edith Thelma (Deans) Godier, Percival Thomas Deans, Horace Watkins Deans, and Ernest William Deans. She married William Robert Kemeys, and had children Robert William Kemeys and Mavis Jean (Kemeys) Suttie. Annie Kemeys died at age 100 years old on March 13, 1998, and was buried at Fawkner Memorial Park 1187 Sydney Rd, in Fawkner, Moreland City County.
