Anthony William Humig was born on September 2, 1956 in Boston, MA to Jean Elsie Jeffries Humig and John Charles Humig, and had siblings Mary Humig Lawrimore and Steve Humig. He married Lynn Donoho Otte on September 20, 1977 and they later divorced in April 2004. He had children Brandy Jean Humig Boerner, Jonathon Adam Humig, and James Michael Humig. Anthony Humig died at age 61 years old on December 17, 2017 in Tucson, AZ, and was buried on March 24, 2018 at Catalina State Park 32.4279405, -110.9076476.

    Anthony (Tony) William Humig went to be with the Lord on December 17, 2017. Tony was born in Boston, Massachusetts on September 2, 1956. Tony was 61 years old. Tony graduated Alamogordo High School in 1974. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, John and Jean Humig. Tony is survived by his three children: Brandy Boerner and husband Simon, and their sons Joshua, David and Christian; Jonathan Humig and husband Waco Starr; and son James Humig, his son Aiden, and Abby Jauverek, Aiden's mother. Tony is also survived by the mother of his children Cindy Otte, his brother Steve Humig and wife Sandy, and his sister Mary Lowrimore and husband Mike. He was a licensed contractor, and owned/operated AW Construction in Alamogordo for many years. Tony had a gentle heart and kind spirit. He enjoyed painting and drawing and was a talented artist. He loved old movies and collecting photographs of those he loved. Private services were held at Catalina State Park in Arizona on March 24th 2018. His ashes were spread at the following coordinates: 32.4279405N, -110.9076476 32.4279405, -110.9076476

Tony loved his children and grandchildren very much.
He was once a home builder in Alamogordo, and later focused on ceramic tile installations. His work was always beautiful, and he could spot the slightest imperfections in any home.
