  • Introduction

    Loverud, Barbara B. Age 88, of Friendship Village in Bloomington, MN on April 24, 2012. Preceded in death by husband, Marlin "Spike"; daughter, Kimberly Lindfield; brothers, Dennis and Jerry; sister, Leaty. Survived by daughter, Kathy Carter and her husband Dick; son, Jeffrey Loverud and his wife Bobbie; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Myrna Nessim and her husband, Joseph; and other relatives. Barb loved fishing, golf and the outdoors. She will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her. We will always remember her great sense of humor and her love for her family. Special thanks to all the wonderful caregivers at Friendship Village who took such good care of our mother. Private interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
