Barbara Helene (Kardashian) Carr was born on February 10, 1939 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California United States to Helen Jean Kardashian and Arthur Thomas Kardashian, and has siblings Thomas Arthur Kardashian and Robert George Kardashian. She married Donald Walter Carr in 1963 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, and they were married until Donald's death on July 17, 1995 at Hoag Memorial Hospital Heliport in Newport Beach, Orange County. Barbara Carr has children Kenneth Arthur Carr, Timothy Walter Carr, and Cheryl Victoria Robinson.
