    Benjamin Harrison Moneypenny married my mother, Alfreda Jeanne Miller (Murray) June 10, 1966, at 4842-B S. 28th St,, Arlington, Virginia (Fairlington). He was my stepfather until 1998 when he passed. He was an awesome stepfather. He married my mother with 3 teenagers and took on an enormous responsibility all the while doing a great job.

    Benjamine Harrison Moneypenny passed away February 28, 1998 at the Augusta, Maine Hospital from esophageal cancer. He was born August 15, 1927 in Louisville, Kentucky. He was preceeded in death by his wife Alfreda Jeanne Moneypenny and his mother Thelma Cole (Moneypenny). They were married June 10, 1966. He is survived by two children, Steven Moneypenny and Sharon Moneypenny (Goodlett) of Louisville, Kentucky, 3 step children, Bruce Jackson Miller of Spotsylvania, VA, Anita Bell of Lorton, Virginia, and Denise Allen of Alexandria, VA, and several grandchildren. Mr. Moneypenny has donated his body to science so there will be no memorial or service. We will remember Ben as a kind and loving father and stepfather. He also donated his time to the VA Medical Center in Augusta, Maine, helping the veterans in anyway he could after he retired in 1990. He truly enjoyed this as well as feeding outdoor birds. He enjoyed the outdoors and nature.
