Obituary: BENJAMIN R. WALSER Age 21, of Owosso, passed away Friday, Aug. 8, 2003, at his residence. A celebration of Benjamin’s life will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Nelson-House Funeral Home, with burial to follow at West Haven Cemetery in Henderson. The family will receive friends and visitors Monday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Benjamin ws born Oct. 28, 1981, the son of Shelly (Walser) Miller and Dennis Blanton. He enjoyed all sports, whether playing them or watching on television. He also liked to play his video games. Benjamin is survived by: His mother Shelly (and Mike) Miller of Owosso; his father, Dennis (and Linda Carpenter) of Owosso; two brothers, Keith and Michael; three sisters, Lindsey, Makayla and Carol, all of Owosso; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs Richard Walser and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Kimmel; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He ws preceded in death by a sister, Randie and a brother, Bryan; as well as a grandfaher, Albert Blanton. Memorial contributions are suggested to he Benjamin R. Walser fund.
