The Evening Mail. Fremantle. 14th February 1910. Considerable regret was expressed in the city this morning when the news was received that Bernard Leix, proprietor of the Olympic Gardens, Geraldton, had been shot in the breast during a disturbance at the Shamrock Hotel, Geraldton on Friday. Bernard survived the assault.
