Bertha (Crenwelge) Koennecke was born on January 1, 1892 to Louis Carl Heinrich Crenwelge and Wilhelmine "Mina" (Boos) Crenwelge, and had siblings Edmund Edward Crenwelge, Martha Rosa (Crenwelge) Pfeil, Gustav "Gus" August Hugo Crenwelge, Alvin Herman Albert Crenwelge, Armand Edmund Crenwelge, Anna Amalia (Crenwelge) Behrends, and Lina Hulda (Crenwelge) Behrends. She married Rudolf Koennecke, and died at age 57 years old on May 6, 1949. Bertha Koennecke was buried at Der Stadt Friedhof Cemetery Plot: G, 03, 05 in Fredericksburg, Gillespie County, Texas USA.
