Love of God, Lionel Train sets, antiquing & family: My Grandpa, Dallas, never met a stranger, always had a smile & remembered people he hadn't seen in 40/50 years.
He was a member of Graceland Baptist Church.
He had no biological children but was a true Dad to my Mother, Doris J McCutcheon Sheets & my Aunt, Betty J McCutcheon Leverett. My sister & I are his Granddaughters by Doris; Rhonda Sheets & Andrea Sheets Frisbee.
He was the greatest man I knew & had a good life.
Dallas was diagnosed with ALS about 2 years prior to his death.
His loving Wife; Hazel Davis is still alive as of July 2014 & has had Alzheimer's for over a decade. She now is in a wonderful nursing home in New Albany, IN.
Both Stepdaughters have passed away. Betty passed June 15, 2013 & Doris passed away June 21, 2014.
