    Blas O. Muca Jr. FUNERAL HOME Greer Family Mortuary & Cremation Services 2694 Blanding Avenue Alameda, California Blas Muca Obituary BLAS O. MUCA, JR. "Buddha Bob Magan" Passed away at the age of 64 in Oakland. Born to a family of 10, he is preceded in death by siblings, Ted, Joe and Lolita and survived by Frank, Paul, Annie, Lewis, Connie and Rosita. "Jr." was a loving and generous uncle and great-uncle to many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his loving companion, Carmen. Known as "Buddha" in the boxing world, Jr. was admired by many in the field including fellow boxer George Foreman. He spent over 30 years as a boxing trainer, many of which were spent at King's Gym in Oakland near Fruitvale. He was also a member of the European Army Boxing Team in his 20's. In addition to boxing, his family also remembers Jr. as a very talented artist. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, September 20, 2003 at 1 p.m. at Greer Family Mortuary, 2694 Blanding Ave. in Alameda.
