Brandy Was born to Troy Titlow and Beverly Sapley, in 1973. She was a beautiful brown eyes girl, so full of life and smiles. She was a firery person, alway marching to her own drum! Brandi never had any children. She does have a sister and two brothers. Stacy Vance, Corey Norton and Dylen Sapley are her siblings. Her father passed away tragicly in 1976, of drowning. Brandy never got over that. She died just a pretty as she was as a child, with long flowing light brown hair and gorgeous Doe eyes! She also had a smile that would melt anyone! What I remember most about Brandi was she LOVED to just run, she ran so fast and she ran everywhere! Now she is racing with angel!
