Brandy Sue (Uthe) Hoppins of Grants Pass, Oregon United States was born on July 10, 1969 in Belvidere, IL to Jerry Lynn Uthe and Martha Uthe. Brandy Hoppins has a brother Jerry Lynn Uthe. She married Charles Hudson Armstrong in November 1988 at Hamtown Cemetery Church in Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri and they later divorced in August 1992 in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada. They had a child Stephen Ray Armstrong. She also married Reggie Hoppins Jr on April 15, 1994 at Sunset Gardens in Las Vegas, Clark County. They had children Jared Hoppins and Mariah Hoppins.
