    Caesar John Tiziani was born to Ilario Tiziani (1882 - 1936) and Maria Tiziani (1885 - 1936). Both of his parents were born in Italy. He had eight siblings: Julius Anton, Christian Joh, Joseph, Bruno Victor, Mary Emma Paulette, Silvio Victor, Gildo Arthur, and Ellen M. Tiziani. Caesar Tiziani married Elizabeth M. Carli (1922 - 2015) on July 19, 1941 in Ironwood, Michigan. They were married in St. Ambrose Catholic Church and they had two sons, Dennis and Larry, and a daughter, Mary Tiziani.

He was a PGA golf pro and manager at each club. He was also a former Erwin Township supervisor and member of the water authority.

    Caesar married Elizabeth M. Carli (1922 - 2015) on July 19, 1941 in Ironwood, Michigan. They were married in St. Ambrose Catholic Church and they had two sons, Dennis and Larry, and a daughter, Mary Tiziani. Caesar was survived by five grandchildren.

But the "hunt" ended after Attorney General Palmer forecast a massive radical uprising on May Day and the day passed without incident.
