Carl C Barnes of Nyssa, Malheur County, OR was born on March 24, 1932 at home in Muncy, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania United States to Alvin Clayton Barnes and Marvene Zarr Barnes. He married Glenda Gayle Moss, and had children Jay Clayton Barnes, Connie Marie Barnes, and Sharon Ann Barnes. Carl Barnes died at age 75 years old on April 6, 2007, and was buried on April 10, 2007 at Nyssa Hilltop Cemetery in Nyssa, Malheur County, OR.

  • Introduction

    Carl and I met when he was in the Air Force at Mtn. Home, AFB Idaho. He was 23 and I was 20. July 10, 1955 was the day we met and we were married March 16, 1957. He was a wonderful husband and father. He worked many years at Amalgamated Sugar Co., in Nyssa. We had three children, Connie born 8/8/1957 in Boise Sharon born 12/7/1958 in Boise, and Jay Clayton born 10/28/1962 in Sedro Wooley, WA. Became very ill in 1992 and was 13 years as an invalid. Loved by his family and friends.
