Carl F. Schaening was married to Shirley M. Schaening, born Wise. They have 2 daughters Nancy-Jo Schaening and Alice Quick. They also have 5 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren. Carl had a younger brother and younger sister. Carl's sister's name was Shirley Schaening. Shirley past away of skin cancer. Both of his siblings past away before Carl.
