Carl Roy Tabb Jr. of Lufkin, Angelina County, TX was born on September 18, 1920, and had siblings Jack Tabb and Kitty Tabb. He was married to Eleanor C (Craig) Tabb at Portsmouth City Hospital in Portsmouth, Rockingham County, New Hampshire United States and they later divorced in 1961 in Saint Ann, St. Louis County, Missouri United States. He had children Roland Tabb, Judith Mae (Tabb) Craft, Velma Tabb, Lynn K (Tabb) Fuller, Yvonne (Tabb) Bickley, Elizabeth A (Tabb) Brown, Elaine F. (Tabb) Machala, and Marilyn A (Tabb) Vinette. Carl Tabb died at age 75 years old on November 18, 1995.

In 1920, in the year that Carl R Tabb, Jr was born, Italian born factory worker Nicola Sacco and fish peddler Bartolomeo Vanzetti were picked up by police on May 5th in connection with the April 15th murder and robbery of a guard and a paymaster at the Slater and Morrill Shoe Company in South Braintree, Mass. Although in later years they were thought to be innocent, they were anarchists and were convicted of the crime and put to death.
