Memories of my grandfather
We didn't see my grandfather often but he always sent us Christmas presents every year. After my parents were divorced we would not have had a Christmas if it were not for my grandfather. On the gifts he would put a sticker on them that said, "Do not open until December 25," and it had a picture of a snow man in jail which amused me to no end.
Also he used to send us a bag of pecans every year which my mother would use when she made brownies. So good...
My mother also told me that he had a very strong work ethic and that's why he moved down south with the company called Hedstrom.
