Carla Wood
Joseph Birney was an amazing Grandfaher. I have so many fond memories of him. Whenever my brothers and I would go to visit our grandparents for the weekend he would always make sure that we had a great visit. We were truly lucky to have him in our lives. After Grandpa passed away I would hear a song by The Police- Every Breath You Take and I would think of him. Keep in mind that I was only a young child when he passed and didn't realize until I was much older that the song was really a stalker song.. LOL but to this day I still only think of this song about Grandpa sitting up in Heaven watching over his wife Margaret, daughter Marge and his grandchildren Richard, Mark and My self (Carla). He is still missed to this day. I wish he was still alive today to see his Great Grandchildren and show them as much love and he showed his own grandchildren.
